The GKE TERNAA Group is seeking a Call Center / Monitoring Technical Support Specialist for the Electronic Ticketing System of Urban Transportation in the Attica Region.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering or related field
• Ability to analyze technical problems and provide technical support for the operation of electronic and electrical equipment
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer support technical department
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
• Good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken)
