Requirements

• Solid 1-3 years of experience as a backend software developer
• Hands-on experience with Scala, Java, Python, or any typed language
• Familiarity with containers, virtualization, or infrastructure concepts
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and the ability to take initiative.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and prioritise challenges, both complex and straightforward.
