Requirements

• Develop deep product knowledge base
• Execute strategy and maintain strong client satisfaction

• Work with Project Management to provide accurate product forecasts
• Ensure team members follow established agency account procedures
• Coach and develop direct report(s)
• Lead and participate in client meetings
• Review internal contact reports and status reports
• Contribute to project optimizations based on client feedback
