Requirements
- 10+ years pharma or healthcare advertising experience
- HCP experience necessary
- Global brand experience a plus
- Launch experience
- Strong communication/presentation skills
- Strong conceptual skills
- Significant background in pharmaceutical advertising Account Services
- Ability to craft presentations (new business, creative, tactical, strategy, selling)
- Ability to build and lead a team
- Strong mentoring and coaching skills
- Entrepreneurial skill at building business for agency
- Management and/or work in brand management
- Proficient in Keynote, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
