VP, Group Copy Supervisor

Patients & Purpose is a premier patient marketing agency seeking a VP, Group Copy Supervisor to lead creative efforts and supervise copy teams. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of pharma/healthcare experience, strong writing and management skills, and a portfolio demonstrating conceptual abilities.

Requirements

• Writes and supervises solid, intelligent, brand-appropriate, creative pieces in a variety of communication forms
• Supervises all copy in all communications related to his/her brand(s)
• Gives strong, clear direction to writers
• Exhibits strong creative ability
• Has an ability to understand and process healthcare information
• Thoroughly understands his/her assigned brand(s)
• Contributes strategically to the long-term vision of the brand
• Works well independently
• Leads teammates
• Presents points of view articulately and persuasively
• Is the “brand champion.”
• Identifies opportunities to generate work with clients beyond already-contracted activity
• Exemplifies the values of P&P and contributes to the overall culture of the agency
