Job Description
The role of Performance Director sits within our Entertainment hub at OMD EMEA. The role is responsible for central media planning across Sony Pictures Home Entertainment, managing a large team of activation reports.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience managing performance media
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to identify client opportunities and challenges and develop proactive solutions and recommendations for these
- Proactive attitude, always staying on top of what is new in performance and keeping the team and client updated
- Experience of creating digital strategies and ensuring they are implemented across multiple markets
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent team management and training experience
- Exemplary time management skills, able to prioritize and work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
