Job Description
Omnidian is a fast-growing Series C tech-enabled service company revolutionizing performance assurance for the distributed solar and energy storage industries. They are seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to drive their technology vision, strategy, and execution, leading Engineering, Data Science, and Security. The role will involve building a technical strategy, leading teams, and ensuring scalability, security, and innovation in the face of rapid growth.
Requirements
- 20+ years of experience in software engineering or technology leadership
- Deep experience building technology teams at companies going through rapid, nonlinear scale across multiple industries at the Series B and C stages and beyond
- Proven success scaling B2B platforms in a high-growth, Agile environment with a focus on data management, insights and science
- Deep technical expertise in software development, data science, cloud architecture, infrastructure, and security
- Demonstrated experience leading or integrating AI/ML or automation solutions into business workflows
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working in a remote environment
