Requirements

• Lead the design, development, and technical implementation of complex electronic systems
• Oversee the full lifecycle management of projects, maintain legacy products
• Interface cross-departmentally with production, quality, commercial, and other teams
• Be responsible for compiling and reviewing core technical documents, tracking updates to industry standards and regulations, and leading cost optimization and technical risk management
• Enhance team’s electronic design capabilities through knowledge sharing, effective collaboration, and technical guidance to junior engineers
