Job Description
Omniscient Digital is seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager to own the financial health, clarity, and strategy for the company's growth. This hands-on role will focus on closing the books, advising on business strategy, and leading the finance function to scale with revenue. The manager will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, revenue optimization, and reporting.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A
- Experience with knowledge work businesses and metrics around utilization, billability, and productivity calculations
- Strong accounting foundation, comfortable managing books, budgets, and audits
- Proven ability to analyze data, model financial scenarios, and clearly communicate insights
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
- Hands-on operator who builds efficient, scalable systems and is excited about automation, AI, and modern finance tooling
