IT/OT Solution Consultant

The IT/OT Solution Consultant is responsible for technical consulting, system architecture, and design of integrated OT-IT solutions for customers. The role focuses on pre-sales, design, evolution, and expansion phases, aiming to ensure solutions validate feasibility, are scalable, and maintainable.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in engineering
• 5+ years of experience as a system architect in a three-layer architecture
• 3–5 years of experience in IT/OT convergence projects in discrete manufacturing
• Strong background integrating plant floor systems with enterprise IT platforms
• Knowledge of OT Security architecture, Zoning and segmentation
• Data enablement: Working knowledge of data pipelines, historians, and edge analytics
• Experience with Lean / TPM / 4M-focused architectures
• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Strong desire to learn continuously
• Self-motivated and challenging
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving mentality
