Job Description
OnBoard Experiential (OBE) is seeking a Production Manager to lead various elements of an event, ensuring high-quality brand experiences worldwide. This role involves executing approved production-specific scope of work, managing production teams, and maintaining project quality control. The company values a healthy work-life balance and a collaborative, supportive environment.
Requirements
- BS/BA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of direct experience in producing experiential marketing programs and events
- Strong production background and a love for producing killer events
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Experience with Office 365, Google apps, Microsoft Teams, and other project management tools
- Experience with print production
- Strong client focus and communication skills
