Job Description
On is seeking a Store Leader to join their new Seoul Store Team. The role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, embodying On’s core values, and contributing to store improvements. Responsibilities include customer engagement, inventory management, visual merchandising, and team support.
Requirements
- Experience within a retail or customer-facing work environment.
- Strong communication, hospitality and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eye for maintaining store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Physical demands including constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, and standing.
