One Acre Fund is seeking a Burundi Product Innovation Associate to lead and scale their national agroforestry program, focusing on planting one million trees in the next year. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in executing major decentralized rural programs
• Field experience working with smallholder farmers
• Track record of implementation from strategic to operational projects
• Bachelor's degree required; study or qualifications in Agroforestry or Regenerative Agriculture an advantage
• Fluent English required; French also strongly preferred
