Requirements

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
• 2 years of outpatient primary care experience (or 1 year in an urgent care setting with a fellowship/additional year in a primary care setting)
• State license in North Carolina
• Passion for human-centered primary care
• Ability to communicate with individuals of all backgrounds
• Ability to utilize technology
• Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
• Desire to be part of a team committed to change in healthcare delivery
