Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant

We are seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant to join our team at One Medical in Scottsdale, AZ. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a patient panel, conducting visits, and collaborating with colleagues to provide high-quality care.

Requirements

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
• 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care setting, or 1 year of experience in an outpatient primary care setting with a primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
• State licensed in Arizona
