One Park Financial is seeking a driven, strategic, and results-oriented Collections Manager to lead and optimize our growing collections and recovery team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in collections
• Advanced English
• Call Center Experience
• Experience managing and coaching teams
• Client Relationship Management
• Have a consultative sales approach and Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and outstanding management of confidential information
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Money-driven and motivated
