Physical Therapist

Mini Miracles Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide outpatient clinical services to a pediatric caseload. The therapist will be responsible for assessments, documentation, team collaboration, and client liaison between paraprofessionals and families.

Requirements

• Provide individualized assessment and treatment services to individuals and their families
• Complete weekly electronic documentation for all necessary chart work
• Liaise with paraprofessionals, family members, and the community as indicated
