Design Consultant II

One Workplace is seeking a Design Consultant II to join their team. The role involves working independently and collaboratively to develop creative interior space solutions for customers. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in interior or architectural design and at least 3 years of related design experience.

Requirements

• Distill project information
• Conduct product research and contact vendors for pricing and information
• Engage with customer to gather project information
• Participate in design discovery and co-creation sessions
• Assist with creative engagements and workshops
• Perform field measurements and inventory product
• Specify furniture and finishes required per final layouts
• Produce and present design concepts to customers
• Validate design concepts and finalize design development
• Generate, organize, and maintain CAD/CET files
• Develop validation packages and spreadsheets
• Estimate budgetary hours and manage and monitor project hours
• Prepare design budgets and design proposals
• Attend industry events and peer networking opportunities
• Track and manage time entries daily
