Job Description
We are hiring experienced interpreters to work in a fully remote position. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Mandarin, 1+ years of interpreting experience, and high emotional intelligence. Responsibilities include answering calls professionally, communicating with team leaders, and going through internal training.
Requirements
- 90% English proficiency
- Steady wired internet connection
- USB Wired headset
- Windows 10 or MacOS
- Proficiency/Bilingual/Native level of English and target language
- 1+ years of interpreting experience
- High emotional intelligence and tolerance of diverse cultures
- High level of communication, listening, note-taking, and memory retention skills
