Product Lead, Crypto

OnePay is a consumer financial services app with a mission to help people achieve financial progress. We're hiring a Product Lead to own our crypto infrastructure and consumer experiences.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product experience with deep domain expertise in crypto or payment infrastructure
• Strong technical fluency across the crypto stack: ledgers, custody, stablecoins, liquidity, and L2 scaling
• Proven record shipping 0→1 infrastructure or financial products at scale
• Ability to clearly articulate tradeoffs among speed, security, compliance, and cost
• Strategic judgment on when to build foundational systems versus visible product features
• Drive and proactivity – everyone here is a builder and executor
