Corporate Counsel

Onebrief is hiring a Corporate Counsel to join their small legal team. The ideal candidate is a high-velocity generalist who can operate autonomously and deliver exceptional work product. The role involves end-to-end procurement, global people ops, litigation and risk management, and legal operations.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and membership in at least one current U.S. state bar membership.
• 6+ years of legal experience in procurement, technology transactions, and commercial contracting, ideally with a mix of in-house and law firm experience.
• Experience negotiating inbound technology and services contracts, including SaaS, software licensing, and professional services agreements.
• Excellent drafting skills with the ability to craft creative, practical solutions in real time.
• Outstanding organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities independently.
