Onebrief is seeking a Principal Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution for its core application. The ideal candidate will have experience in product management, leadership of multiple product teams, and a deep understanding of collaborative productivity platforms. They will oversee the coordination of strategic initiatives, roadmap planning, and execution across application teams, ensuring seamless user experiences and consistent product quality.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management
• Experience building or operating at-scale collaborative productivity platforms
• Prior experience in defense, government, or other regulated industries
• Deep understanding of modern product development practices
• Track record of strategic leadership
• Demonstrated success shipping and scaling complex B2B/SaaS products
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with platform teams and shared services
