Job Description
We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to own and elevate the end-to-end user experience across OneDome's core products, including customer-facing web and mobile journeys, transaction management platform, and an upcoming mobile app.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in UX/UI or Product Design
- Strong experience designing complex, transactional or fintech products
- Proven experience owning large parts of a product end-to-end
- Expert in Figma (or similar modern design tools)
- Strong UX fundamentals: user research, IA, interaction design, usability
- Strong visual/UI design skills with high attention to detail
- Experience working with design systems at scale
- Ability to simplify complex flows without losing compliance or accuracy
- Product-first thinker with strong commercial awareness
- Comfortable operating in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Pragmatic, execution-focused, and outcome-driven
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and challenging assumptions
