Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in SaaS
• Background in sales
• Ambitious, organized, and result-oriented
• A natural relationship builder and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, especially at the executive level
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
