Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in data science, analytics, or predictive modeling
- Experience leading all aspects of sophisticated data science initiatives
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or SAS for modeling and data analysis
- Advanced SQL capabilities and experience working in cloud-based environments (e.g., Azure, AWS)
- Hands-on experience with Databricks, Azure Machine Learning, and Snowflake
- Experience applying the modeling rigor and documentation standards required in regulated industries
- Expertise in regression, classification, clustering, A/B testing, and audience segmentation
- Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, and Excel for data visualization and communication
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical findings into business insight
