Business Analyst (F/H)

Contribute to the great transformations of companies and public actors by combining technological innovation and business expertise. Accompany the client throughout the product life cycle and make the operational link between Product Owner, IT teams, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 5 years as a Business Analyst, ideally in an Agile context
• Confirmed BA Tech profile, ideally former developer or with significant technical experience
• API mastery (design, consumption, documentation) and test/documentation tools (Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI)
• SQL mastery and database query/diagnostic tools
• Experience with integration and automation (e.g. UiPath, n8n) and real AI usage practices
• UX/UI design: Figma mastery and good knowledge of UX/UI principles (Discovery/UX research, prototyping, design system, user testing)
• Methodology: Agile method practice (Scrum required; SAFe appreciated), knowledge of the product approach and Product Management practices, V-cycle practice
• Animation: proven ability to design and facilitate collaborative workshops, facilitation practices, and engage stakeholders
• Languages: professional English (oral and written), real ability to lead English meetings with stakeholders from different countries
• Being: autonomy, presentation qualities, leadership influence, rigor, and listening skills
