Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in projects related to citizen experience, segmentation, and cartography or citizen journey modeling
• Experience in consumer psychology, creative design, and simplifying information
• Experience in consulting, behavioral change management, organizational structuring, and process improvement
• Experience in agile project management and quality assurance
