Job Description
Join our Solutions Engineers team as a Senior Solutions Engineer and help drive successful deals and customer outcomes, collaborate internally to maintain external security documentation, and lead qualified product demos and pre-sales process for prospective customers.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS company
- 3+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer role
- Strong understanding of MarTech, Customer Engagement or Messaging technologies
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences
- Technical understanding around APIs, SDKs, Databases, Servers
- Experience with API integrations
- Ability to work effectively cross functionally, helping to surface customer needs and enable our product and engineering teams to prioritize
