Job Description
We are seeking a Director of Marketing & Infrastructure to oversee and build the marketing function of the company. This role begins hands-on and evolves into team leadership as revenue grows. You will work directly with the founder and team to improve demo bookings, conversion rates, and marketing-sourced revenue.
Requirements
- 3-7+ years experience in B2B marketing, SaaS, or high-ticket services
- Strong understanding of funnel metrics and performance marketing
- Comfortable in a revenue-accountable environment
- Experience managing content production and paid campaigns
- Analytical mindset with strong communication skills
- Interest in long-term leadership growth
- Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools
