Requirements
- Administer Onja's workplace policies and procedures
- Assist in developing and implementing performance management processes
- Assist with the continued development of organisational culture and staff engagement strategies
- Ensure all employment-related documentation is compliant and fit for purpose
- Assist with innovative ideas toward workplace culture
- Assist in compensation and benefits management and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Attend to queries from staff about human resources matters
- Assist in the development and delivery of HR training programs
- Stay updated with HR trends, best practices and applicable laws and regulations
