Job Description
Join our growing fintech company as an HR Officer and contribute to the growth and professionalization of the HR team. You will support the development and improvement of HR processes that strengthen the organization. Our company is a fast-growing fintech company with a culture where people want to work and stay.
Requirements
- At least a completed MBO 4 course and preferably a completed HBO course in HR or a similar relevant course.
- At least 2 years of experience in an HR role, where you have gained experience with operational HR tasks, support for HR processes and contributing to HR policy and procedures.
- Good knowledge of labor law, company policy and experience with applying this in everyday HR practice.
