Requirements
- Prepare, secure, and maintain data

- Support the Controlling Team
- Create service and organization plans
- Receive and process orders and invoices, create invoices, and monitor payment transactions
- Plan and monitor appointments, maintain holiday lists
- Manage office materials, order, and issue them
- Maintain personnel files and manage them, e.g., record working and absence times
- Participate in payroll accounting
- Maintain and manage social media offers and participate in online marketing campaigns
- Other general administrative office tasks
