Job Description
OnLogic is seeking a driven Recruiter to strengthen their team. The Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire top talent for diverse open positions. This is a fast-paced role offering creative solutions and a chance to build strong relationships.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a recruitment agency.
- Fluent in the Dutch and English language.
- Demonstrable experience in the full recruitment process for technical profiles.
- Understanding of culture fit and embracing the company's values.
