This accounting and finance lead role is seeking an experienced professional for a manufacturing company in Puerto Rico. The position involves day-to-day finance operations, tax compliance, and maintaining compliance with Act 60 incentives. The company is focused on operating under Act 60 and leveraging tax benefits.
Requirements
- 5+ years progressive accounting/finance experience, including manufacturing or product-based businesses
- Direct experience supporting a company under Act 60 (or prior PR incentive regimes)
- Strong command of US GAAP, monthly close, reconciliations, and internal controls
- Working knowledge of Puerto Rico tax and compliance infrastructure
- Hands-on with inventory/cost accounting in a manufacturing context
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- High ownership, discretion, and ability to work in a lean environment
