General Accountant for US Companies (Remote)

We are seeking a detail-oriented General Accountant to manage the end-to-end accounting processes for US companies. This fully remote position requires a dedicated work-from-home setup, with experience in US GAAP, proficiency in accounting platforms, and a strong background working with American companies. Key responsibilities include bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliation, month-end/year-end closings, financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and software utilization.

Requirements

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Manage AP/AR processes, including billing, invoicing, and payment tracking.
• Perform periodic reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial records.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
