Job Description
We are hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to join our founding team and help build a marketing function from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to define and execute Onos' marketing strategy and shape our commercial strategy. As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute marketing strategies across brand, digital, content, and events, and build and lead the marketing function for a fast-growing, category-defining business.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of professional experience in marketing and commercial functions
- Experience in B2B SaaS startups
- Strong ability to own both strategy and execution
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
