Assembly Process Engineer

As a Process Engineer at onsemi, you will develop and support manufacturing of 200mm silicon wafers used for Automotive and Consumer applications. You will provide process engineering support for additional process areas and work closely with Device, Process and Design Engineers to provide robust, quality products to our customers.

Requirements

• Own certain critical etch processes and associated measurement equipment
• Apply technical skills to implement equipment and process improvements
• Design and document experiments to improve yield, cost, and throughput
• Resolve complex, time sensitive technical problems
• Make decisions using data analysis and statistical process control (SPC) techniques
