onsemi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Line Manager to lead and drive the execution of a SiC Power Products Line for automotive market within a SiC Power Division.
Requirements
- Lead product definition of intelligent power solutions for automotive applications
- Lead the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of automotive programs
- Coordinate and collaborate with product management, engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key automotive OEMs
- Oversee the development lifecycle of key automotive applications
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform product strategy and innovation
- Manage program budgets, forecasts, and P&L responsibilities
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Present program status, challenges, and opportunities to senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
