Job Description
Responsible for implementing/executing production schedules, managing a group of manufacturing specialists and technicians, and ensuring high standards of housekeeping and quality control.
Requirements
- Supervise a group of manufacturing specialists and technicians
- Internalize positive work culture and implement TPM/CIL
- Handle grievances, complaints, and disciplinary issues
- Carry out investigations on maverick lots
- Facilitate continuous improvement on process simplification and cost reduction
- Ensure conformance to quality system requirements
- Maintain safe work practices
- Ensure all workers have necessary training
- Encourage workers to report violations of company policies
