onsemi is seeking a Manufacturing Probe Process Engineer to support the manufacture and testing of Image Sensor parts. The primary responsibility is to sustain probe processes and drive engineering issues to resolution.
Requirements
- Build knowledge and an understanding of probe processes
- Investigate EFAR/IFAR/Assembly issues and support findings efforts
- Support the shift Probe Technicians and Engineers with issues that impact testing
- Attend daily yield meetings and provide guidance to shift eng and ES for any on-going issues
- Develop engineering skills to evaluate probe results, implement solutions, and make recommendations for process improvements
- Identify probe yield and setup issues and work with the appropriate cross-functional teams to develop solutions
- Prepare thorough reports for tool issues/improvements, process issues/improvements, and project status reports
- Create Work Instructions, BKM's, and any associated training certifications for any new/improved processes
- Using and driving yield improvement with SkySight software to identify issues real time and set up pause / hold limits and dashboards
- Support NPI (New Product Introduction) and transfer to MP (Mass Production)
- Support MFG Engineer and be able to perform duties as a backup
- Support in data collection and analysis for any experiments performed by Probe Equipment team
- Camtek recipe writing - New recipes for Fuse Inspection, Post Probe Inspection, and PMI. Also training/mentoring Shift Eng.
