Job Description
Onset Technologies is seeking an experienced IT PMO Manager to lead and mature the Project Management Office (PMO) as the company scales its dispatchable power generation operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing a PMO or leading project/portfolio management operations in a complex environment.
- Strong ERP implementation experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar).
- Background in energy, industrial services, or related operational environments.
- Demonstrated ability to standardize project execution, enforce governance, and manage cross-functional teams.
- Strong portfolio management, resource allocation, and financial oversight skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, including executive-level reporting and presentations.
