Job Description
Onset Technologies seeks a Senior Business Analyst to support enterprise initiatives for HHSC, analyzing business systems and user needs to align with overall business strategies.
Requirements
- Review and evaluate business systems and user needs
- Perform business process mapping and reengineering
- Prepare solution options, risk assessments, and financial analyses
- Write detailed functional requirements, user stories, and system documentation
- Serve as liaison between business units and IT teams
- Participate in software development reviews and provide analysis/design guidance
- Support unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing
- Analyze raw data and provide insights to support business decisions
