Job Description
The Lead Cafe Barista is responsible for all aspects of the café in accordance with the vision and mission of Onsite. The Lead Barista promotes our healing hospitality experience by providing exceptional service daily in the preparation and service of a variety of coffee/tea drinks, along with pastries and menu items.
Requirements
- Work closely with our Executive Chef and Culinary Services Manager and Front-of-House and Back-of-House staff to exemplify outstanding customer service and provide an exceptional guest experience to align with our healing hospitality approach.
- Prepare and sell coffee/tea drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks, such as, expresso, latte, and cappuccino, matcha, etc.
- Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; maintaining supplies, pastries, and cookies for coffee?bar;
