Primary Therapist

The Primary Therapist is a key part of the Milestones Clinical Team, responsible for providing all aspects of client care to include therapy sessions and group activities. This role is currently ongoing and offers the opportunity to contribute to the transformative experiences of clients. The position involves collaboration with various team members and stakeholders to ensure client well-being and therapeutic outcomes.

Requirements

• Maintain strong clinical skills in EMDR, IFS, Brainspotting, and experiential therapies.
• Provide world-class therapeutic experiences for clients.
• Collaborate with therapists, medical staff, and Milestones Operations to achieve clinical goals.
• Crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques.
