The Senior Specialist, Negotiations is responsible for supporting the operations of the Negotiations Task Force, overseeing research and analysis, and providing subject matter expertise and project management to support successful negotiations of physician services agreements.
Requirements
- Masters' degree in Health Administration, Economics, Business, Political Science or equivalent.
- Four to Five years' experience in research, committee operations, analysis, and project management.
- Ability to lead projects consisting of cross-functional resources through project plan and implementation in a fast-paced environment.
- Applied knowledge and experience in Ontario's health care sector is ideal.
- PMP certification or formal project management training would be considered an asset.
- Experience in conflict resolution, and knowledge translation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and manage relationships with both internal and external customers/stakeholders.
