Managing Director, Investment Technology

The Managing Director, Investment Technology, is a strategic leader accountable for technology delivery across our Investments Division. This role ensures that technology strategies and execution are tightly aligned with business outcomes and involves leading a team of Technology Directors, providing mentorship, coaching, and strategic guidance in delivering technology outcomes across Investments.

Requirements

• 15+ years of combined delivery experience, including 10+ years in a delivery leadership role.
• 5+ years managing and mentoring senior technology leaders and directors.
• University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Familiarity with investments technology solutions and industry practices is required.
• Proven success leading large-scale technology modernization initiatives, including cloud adoption, automation, and next-gen platforms.
• Deep understanding of technology delivery models, engineering practices, agile frameworks, and enterprise architecture.
