Process Engineer

We’re looking for a Process Engineer to bring P.R.I.D.E. to our Engineering team, striving for zero accident and quality losses and driving overall operational and performance reduction losses in OEE.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related
• 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related disposable diaper manufacturing occupation
• Executing lean principles, including SS methodology, Autonomous Maintenance, Kaizen events, Standardized work practices, SMED, and Gemba walks
• Utilizing tools and techniques to resolve process and quality losses
• Leading root cause analysis for operation and performance losses and conducting failure investigations and reporting
• Developing operational standards, keeping them updated and auditing their correct application on the shop floor
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, macros), experience with ERP systems (SAP), Lean manufacturing software (Minitab, or other process analysis tools), data visualization tools (Power Bl), and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
