We are looking for an Omnichannel Executive/ Assistant to report to the Brand Director and work closely with Account Planning Managers to execute online and offline flash sales events.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in retail operations, Ecommerce operations or event management
- Strong system literacy (e.g. Shopify, logistics system) and ability to troubleshoot both software and basic hardware issues
- Responsible, pro-active, good time management and attention to detail and numbers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A good team player with ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
- Proficient in both verbal and written English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficient in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
