Job Description
OP Labs is looking for a Head of Finance to build and lead the financial backbone of the Optimism ecosystem. The Head of Finance will oversee financial strategy, forecasting, burn-rate management, and accounting, while partnering closely with the leadership team to ensure coherent, transparent, and mission-aligned financial stewardship across Optimism and the broader ecosystem.
Requirements
- 10+ years in finance, including leadership in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance.
- Proven experience building or scaling finance functions at a high-growth tech, fintech, or crypto organization.
- Seasoned expert in financial modeling, planning, and reporting.
- Comfortable working across entities and building collaborative relationships with Legal, Product, and Operations.
- A systems thinker who can balance rigor with adaptability.
