Job Description
Lead Developer role combines hands-on development with architectural leadership, focusing on modernizing the platform using Azure-native services, strengthening data governance, and ensuring alignment with BCBS239 and other regulatory frameworks.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Azure cloud architecture and Azure-native data services.
- Strong proficiency in Python for data engineering and automation tasks.
- Practical hands-on experience with Databricks and a solid understanding of data architectures, data workflows, and data lakehouse principles.
- Experience with Terraform, GitHub, GitHub Actions, and modern DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of npm-based workflows and tooling relevant for Backstage framework development.
- Experience in release management, packaging, auditing, and secure SDLC processes.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong capability in shaping technical direction and supporting long-term architectural decisions.
